1. Who we are

Gamearchy SIA (Reg. No. 40203000000), registered in Riga, Latvia, is the data controller for personal data submitted through gamearchy.com. You can reach us at hello@gamearchy.com for any privacy request.

2. What we collect

Contact and lead data you submit voluntarily: name, work email, company, website, and the message or answers you provide in our forms, quiz, or ROI calculator.

Technical data attached to a submission: IP address, browser user agent, referring page, and UTM campaign parameters. This is used for spam prevention and attribution.

3. Why we process it (legal basis)

Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): responding to business enquiries, qualifying leads, preventing spam and abuse.

Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): sending you the requested resource and follow-up marketing emails. You can withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.

Contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): where you become a client, to deliver and administer the engagement.

4. Who we share it with

Processors acting on our instruction only: our hosting and database provider, our transactional email provider, and Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection. We do not sell personal data or share it with advertising networks.

5. Retention

Lead records are kept for up to 24 months from the last interaction, then deleted or anonymised. Client records are kept for the period required by Latvian accounting and tax law.

6. Your GDPR rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Send any request to hello@gamearchy.com — we respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija) or your local supervisory authority.

7. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies and local storage required for the site and its anti-spam check to function. We do not run third-party advertising or profiling cookies.
